Directions

Note: Always follow your doctor’s instructions.

• Starting dose: 0.6 mg once daily

• Increase weekly by 0.6 mg until maintenance dose of 3.0 mg/day is reached

• Administer subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm

• Use at the same time daily, with or without food

Storage:

• Store unused pens in the refrigerator (2°C–8°C)

• Once in use, keep at room temperature (below 30°C) for up to 30 days

• Do not freeze or expose to heat/light
