How to use:

• Rinse your mouth with 10ml of mouthwash for about 1 minute, then spit it out. Do not swallow.

Frequency:

• Use twice daily, in the morning and evening.

Aftercare:

• Do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after using the mouthwash to allow it to work effectively.
