Directions

How to use:

• Stir the contents of one sachet into a glass of cold water (at least 150ml) and drink immediately.
• Do not take without water.

Frequency:

• Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet half an hour before a meal, in the morning and evening.
• If necessary, an additional sachet may be taken before the midday meal.

Aftercare:

• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Do not take immediately before bedtime.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after two weeks.
