How should I take Betmiga?

• Take one tablet once daily, with water.

What is Betmiga MR?

Betmiga MR Tablets are a once-daily prescription medication used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB) in adults. These symptoms include a frequent and sudden urge to urinate, increased number of trips to the bathroom, urgency incontinence (inability to hold in urine), and waking at night to urinate (nocturia). The active ingredient in Betmiga is mirabegron, which belongs to a class of drugs called beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonists.

Unlike traditional antimuscarinic medications that block nerve signals in the bladder, Betmiga works by activating beta-3 receptors in the bladder wall.
