Directions

How to Use:
Apply a thin layer to the affected area 2–3 times daily
Rub in gently until fully absorbed
Wash hands before and after use
Use for at least 2 weeks, or as directed by a healthcare professional

Side Effects

How It Works

Canesten 2% Cream contains clotrimazole, an antifungal agent that works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, leading to cell death and resolution of the infection. When applied to the affected area, the cream penetrates the skin to treat the root cause of the infection.
It targets a wide range of fungal infections, including Candida albicans (thrush), Tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), and Tinea corporis (ringworm). It also helps to reduce external symptoms of thrush, such as redness, itching, and inflammation, by calming the irritated area and restoring the skin barrier.
