Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Apply a thin layer twice daily (morning and evening) for 3 days

• Skip 4 days, then repeat cycle if needed, for up to 5 weeks

• Use included applicator for precise dosing

• Avoid application to healthy skin, mucous membranes, or broken skin

• Store below 25°C

• Keep in original packaging

• Keep out of reach of children

Ingredients

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Local redness or irritation

• Burning or stinging sensation

• Mild skin peeling

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Ulceration or open sores

• Severe local swelling

• Allergic reactions

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not use Condyline if allergic to podophyllotoxin or any of the ingredients. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor. Avoid application to internal genital or anal areas. Do not cover the treated area with dressings or tight clothing after use.

Condyline 0.5% Solution is a topical medication prescribed for the treatment of external genital warts caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV). This clear solution contains podophyllotoxin, a potent antimitotic agent that is effective in removing wart tissue while limiting viral spread.

How It Works
Podophyllotoxin interferes with the formation of microtubules in wart cells, arresting cell division and leading to localised cell death. As a result, the treated wart tissue breaks down and gradually sloughs off, enabling skin recovery. The treatment is applied in cycles to allow healthy skin to regenerate between doses.
