Directions

• Dosage: 100mg once daily, starting 1–2 days before travel, continued daily during travel and for 4 weeks after leaving the area.
• How to Take: Take with a full glass of water while sitting or standing. Avoid lying down for 30 minutes after taking. Take with food to reduce stomach upset.
• Missed Dose: Take as soon as remembered. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
• Storage: Store below 25°C in a dry place away from light. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
