Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Shake well before use

• Take 1–2 puffs once or twice daily, or as prescribed

• May be used for symptom relief if advised by your doctor (MART plan)

• Rinse mouth after each use

• Do not exceed prescribed dose

• Store below 30°C

• Keep out of reach of children

Ingredients

Active Ingredients:

• Beclometasone dipropionate 100 micrograms

• Formoterol fumarate dihydrate 6 micrograms

Other Ingredients:

• Ethanol

• HFA-134a propellant

• Glycerol

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Chest pain

• Severe allergic reaction

• Worsening breathing symptoms

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not use Fostair if allergic to beclometasone, formoterol, or any of its ingredients. It is not suitable for acute asthma attacks unless under specific plans like MART. Use with caution in patients with heart problems, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid conditions. Regular medical reviews are essential.

Fostair 100/6 is a combination inhaler used to manage and prevent symptoms of asthma and COPD.
