Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Apply one spray daily to clean, dry, unbroken skin on the inner forearm

• Rotate application sites and avoid repeated use on the same area within a week

• Allow to dry completely before dressing; do not wash the area for at least 60 minutes

• Do not apply near the face, breasts, or on irritated skin

• Store below 25°C

• Keep in original packaging

• Keep out of reach of children

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

• Estradiol hemihydrate (equivalent to 1.53 mg estradiol per spray)

Other Ingredients:

• Ethanol

• Octisalate

Side Effects

Warnings

Do not use Lenzetto Spray if allergic to estradiol or ethanol. It is not suitable for women with a history of breast cancer, thromboembolic disorders, liver disease, or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Use caution in individuals with risk factors for cardiovascular disease or hormone-sensitive conditions. Lenzetto is not a contraceptive. Avoid exposure to water, sunscreen, or moisturisers near the application site within 1 hour of use. Regular monitoring by your healthcare provider is essential during treatment.
