Warnings

Do not take Metronidazole if you are allergic to metronidazole or other nitroimidazole derivatives. Avoid alcohol during treatment and for at least 48 hours after the final dose. Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy unless clearly necessary, and only under medical supervision during breastfeeding.
