Ingredients

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Conjugated oestrogens 0.3mg

• Medroxyprogesterone acetate 1.5mg

Other Ingredients:

• Calcium phosphate

• Magnesium stearate

• Lactose monohydrate

• Colouring agents

• Starch and sugar compounds

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Headache

• Breast tenderness

• Nausea

• Vaginal bleeding

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Blood clots

• Stroke or heart attack

• Breast or endometrial cancer

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not use Premique Low Dose if you have or have had breast cancer, unexplained vaginal bleeding, blood clots, or liver disease. It is not suitable during pregnancy. Ongoing medical assessment is required during treatment to evaluate the benefits and potential risks.

Premique Low Dose Tablets are a continuous combined hormone replacement therapy (HRT) designed to relieve menopausal symptoms in postmenopausal women with an intact uterus. The low-dose formulation helps reduce common menopause-related symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood changes, and vaginal dryness while offering endometrial protection.

How It Works
Premique Low Dose contains conjugated oestrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate. The oestrogens replace the declining hormone levels associated with menopause, helping relieve vasomotor and urogenital symptoms. Medroxyprogesterone acetate acts as a progestogen to protect the womb lining from overgrowth, reducing the risk of endometrial cancer. Taken daily, this combination supports symptom relief without cyclical bleeding.
