Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Take Rabeprazole once daily, usually before food, as directed by your healthcare provider.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water—do not crush or chew.

• Take at the same time each day for best results.

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

• If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it is close to the next scheduled dose.

Store below 25°C. Keep in original packaging and out of reach of children.

Rabeprazole is a prescription-only medication used to treat gastrointestinal conditions related to high levels of stomach acid. It is commonly prescribed for patients suffering from gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), duodenal or gastric ulcers, and other acid-related disorders. Rabeprazole is also used in combination with antibiotics to treat Helicobacter pylori infections. Rabeprazole belongs to a class of medicines called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
