Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Take one tablet of Spedra around 15 to 30 minutes before sexual activity.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• May be taken with or without food (a heavy meal may delay the effect).

• Do not take more than one tablet in a 24-hour period.

Avoid grapefruit juice, as it may increase the likelihood of side effects. If you miss a dose and do not plan to engage in sexual activity, do not take it later.

Store below 25°C. Keep in the original packaging and out of reach of children.

Side Effects

• Allergies: Do not take Spedra if you are allergic to avanafil or any other ingredients in the tablet.

• Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Not intended for use by women.

Spedra is an advanced treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) containing the active ingredient avanafil, a highly selective phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. During sexual arousal, nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis, activating an enzyme that increases cyclic GMP (cGMP).
