Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Apply Sandrena once daily to clean, dry skin on the lower body or thighs.

• Alternate application sites between the left and right sides each day.

• Spread the gel over an area approximately the size of your hand.

• Allow the gel to dry for a few minutes before dressing.

• Do not apply to the breasts, face, or irritated skin.

• Wash hands thoroughly after application.

• Avoid washing the application area for at least one hour after applying the gel.

Store below 25°C. Keep in original packaging and out of reach of children.

Sandrena is a prescription-only hormone replacement therapy (HRT) gel used to relieve moderate to severe symptoms of the menopause in women with oestrogen deficiency. These symptoms may include hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, low libido, fatigue, and vaginal dryness. Sandrena is often prescribed when symptoms negatively impact daily life and lifestyle measures alone are not sufficient.
