Directions

• Shake well before use

• Use exactly as prescribed, typically 1–2 puffs twice daily

• Do not exceed the prescribed dose

• Rinse mouth after use to reduce risk of thrush

• Store below 25°C and avoid direct sunlight

• Keep out of reach of children

• Use with a spacer if advised by your doctor

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

• Beclometasone dipropionate 50 mcg / 100 mcg / 200 mcg per actuation

Other Ingredients:

• Propellant HFA-134a

• Ethanol

• Glycerol

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Hoarseness

• Oral thrush

• Sore throat

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)

• Eye problems (blurred vision, cataracts with prolonged use)

• Adrenal suppression with long-term use

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not use Clenil Modulite if allergic to beclometasone or other corticosteroids. Not suitable for acute asthma attacks. Use with caution in individuals with a history of tuberculosis, eye disorders, or immune suppression. Regular monitoring is required during long-term use, especially in children.

Clenil Modulite is a preventative inhaler used to control asthma and manage chronic breathing conditions such as COPD.
