Directions

• Take one tablet 15–30 minutes before sexual activity

• Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours

• Swallow whole with water, with or without food

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Headache

• Flushing

• Nasal congestion

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Chest pain

• Sudden vision loss

• Priapism (prolonged erection)

Warnings

Do not take Avanafil if allergic to any ingredients or if you are using nitrate medications. Use is not recommended in patients with severe liver or heart disease. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit products while using Avanafil. Consult your doctor before use if you have low blood pressure or are taking medications for arrhythmia.
