• Swallow whole with water

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

• Estradiol hemihydrate equivalent to estradiol 1mg or 2mg

Other Ingredients:

• Lactose monohydrate

• Maize starch

• Hypromellose

• Magnesium stearate

• Titanium dioxide

• Colouring agents (in 2mg tablets)

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Headache

• Breast tenderness

• Nausea

• Irregular vaginal bleeding

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Blood clots

• Stroke

• Breast cancer

• Liver dysfunction

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not take Zumenon if you have or have had breast cancer, blood clots, liver disease, or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Not suitable for use during pregnancy. Women with an intact uterus should combine Zumenon with a progestogen. Ongoing review by a healthcare provider is necessary.
