• Take one tablet once daily before food with water

• Do not take with antacids (allow a 2-hour window)

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

• Fexofenadine hydrochloride 120mg or 180mg

Other Ingredients:

• Cellulose

• Maize starch

• Magnesium stearate

• Titanium dioxide

• Iron oxide

• Hypromellose

• Macrogol

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Headache

• Nausea

• Drowsiness (less common than older antihistamines)

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)

• Palpitations or dizziness

• Insomnia

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Do not take Telfast if allergic to fexofenadine or any ingredients listed. Avoid if you are taking certain antacids within two hours of dosing. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use in children under 12 without medical advice.
