Directions

How to use:

• Take 1 to 2 tablets before bedtime with water. Avoid milk or antacids within 1 hour before or after taking the tablets, as this can reduce effectiveness.

Frequency:

• Take once daily before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Aftercare:

• Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
