Directions

How to use:

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Measure the dose using a 5ml spoon.
• Take at night to produce a bowel movement the next morning.

Frequency:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take one or two 5ml spoonfuls at night. Start with one 5ml spoonful; if necessary, increase to two.

Aftercare:

• If no bowel movement occurs after use, consult a healthcare professional.
