Directions

• Apply a thin layer once daily to the affected area

• Do not cover with a bandage unless directed by your doctor

• Do not use on broken, infected, or highly sensitive skin

• Use for the shortest time necessary to control symptoms

• Wash hands before and after use

• Store below 25°C

• Keep in original packaging

• Keep out of reach of children

Ingredients

Active Ingredient:

• Mometasone furoate 0.1% w/w

Other Ingredients:

• Hexylene glycol

• White soft paraffin

• White wax

• Propylene glycol stearate

• Purified water

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Burning or stinging at the application site

• Dryness or irritation

• Skin thinning with prolonged use

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Stretch marks

• Adrenal suppression

• Increased risk of skin infections

Stop the medicine and seek medical attention if serious side effects occur.

Warnings

Do not use Elocon if allergic to mometasone or any listed ingredients. Avoid long-term use on the face or large areas of skin. Not suitable for children under 2 without medical supervision. Use caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding—only if clearly needed and prescribed by a doctor. Do not apply to infected, broken, or ulcerated skin.
