Directions

How to use:

• Measure the required dose using a medicine spoon or measuring cup.
• Take on an empty stomach if possible; if stomach upset occurs, take with or after food.

Dosage:

• Prevention of iron-deficiency anaemia: Adults and children over 12 years: Two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) once daily.
• Treatment of iron-deficiency anaemia: Adults and children over 12 years: Two 5ml spoonfuls (10ml) once or twice daily.

Aftercare:

• Rinse your mouth with water after taking to prevent teeth staining.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
