Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Apply a thin layer of Protopic 0.1% Ointment to the affected areas twice daily.

• Continue treatment until the eczema has cleared.

• For maintenance, apply twice weekly to prevent flare-ups.

• Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.

• Avoid bathing, showering, or swimming immediately after application.

Store below 25°C. Keep in original packaging and out of reach of children.

How It Works

Protopic contains the active ingredient tacrolimus, which belongs to a class of medicines known as calcineurin inhibitors.
