Directions

How to use:

• Identify the Nei-Kuan point on each wrist (three finger-widths below the wrist crease, between the two central tendons)
• Position the band so that the plastic stud is pressing on the Nei-Kuan point
• Repeat the process for the other wrist

Frequency:

• Wear both wrist bands continuously as needed to alleviate nausea

Aftercare:

• Hand wash with mild detergent and air dry
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
