Directions

Please refer to the medication’s patient information leaflet before starting any new medication.

• Take one tablet daily at the same time each day

• Swallow whole with water, with or without food

• Do not crush, chew, or split the tablet

• Keep out of reach of children

Active Ingredient:

• Solifenacin succinate 5mg or 10mg

Other Ingredients:

• Lactose monohydrate

• Corn starch

• Hypromellose

• Magnesium stearate

• Titanium dioxide

• Iron oxide red

• Macrogol

• Talc

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

• Dry mouth

• Constipation

• Blurred vision

Serious (rare) side effects:

• Urinary retention

• Severe abdominal pain

• Allergic reaction

Warnings

Do not take Vesicare if allergic to solifenacin or other tablet ingredients. Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney problems, or those at risk of urinary or bowel obstruction. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless clearly necessary. Avoid alcohol and activities requiring alertness if you experience drowsiness or visual disturbances.
