Directions

How to use:

• Swallow tablets whole with water.
• Do not chew or crush the tablets.
• Avoid taking within one hour of consuming dairy products or antacids.

Frequency:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take one or two tablets at night. Start with one tablet; if necessary, increase to two.
