Directions

ow to use:

• Swallow each capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew or crush the capsules.

Frequency:

• Adults and children over 12 years: Start with one capsule three times a day. Adjust the dosage as needed, up to a maximum of five capsules per day.

Aftercare:

• If you do not feel more comfortable within 1 to 2 days, consult a healthcare professional.
