Directions

How to use:

• Fill a glass with approximately 150ml of cold water.
• Pour in the contents of one sachet.
• Stir well and drink immediately.

Frequency:

• Adults and children over 12 years: One sachet in the morning and one in the evening.
• Children 6 to 12 years: Half to one level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening.

Aftercare:

• Maintain adequate fluid intake.
• Do not take it immediately before bedtime.
